Your care is our concern

We want to make sure that our home is right for you. Before coming to Elizabeth House, we assess all our residents to make sure we can meet their needs. All potential residents are then invited to spend the day with us to get an idea of whether they might feel at home.

Following this, rooms are offered for a trial period of three months to make sure people are happy here and that their needs can be properly met. We will then make a formal offer of a room.

Help When You Need It

A member of staff is allocated to each person to be responsible for planning their care. Residents also have a key worker, who will work closely with both the resident and the staff member planning their care to make sure that all their needs are met. We review everyone’s care monthly.

All of our staff our trained to respect the privacy and dignity of each resident, and to allow them to remain as independent as possible.
